Top Navigation and Maps Apps Performance in Malta Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Malta's top navigation and maps applications demonstrated varying performance trends across downloads and revenue, as captured by Sensor Tower's data.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw fluctuating download numbers, peaking at around 1.2K in mid-November. Despite these variations, the app maintained a steady presence with no revenue generated during this period.

Google Maps Go experienced a moderate increase in downloads, reaching a peak of approximately 576 in the week of November 18. While the app did not generate revenue, its download consistency indicates a stable user base.

Google Earth maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, culminating in 277 downloads in the final week of December. Revenue remained at zero throughout the quarter.

Live Earth Map & GPS Map showed varied download trends, with notable peaks in early November and late December. Revenue began to trickle in during December, reaching a modest $4 by the end of the month.

Finally, Offline Maps, GPS, Speedometer experienced minimal download fluctuations, peaking at 134 in mid-October. Similar to several other apps in this category, it did not generate any revenue.
